An Ohio teenager named Marquez D. Williams, accused of publicly exposing a transgender woman at Cedar Point amusement park, has been permanently banned from all Six Flags parks following the incident. Williams appeared in Sandusky Municipal Court on June 3, pleading not guilty to charges including persistent disorderly conduct, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, and theft.
Prosecutors dropped an initial public indecency charge. Police say the alleged assault happened on May 26 when Williams allegedly approached the woman from behind and pulled down her skirt and underwear, exposing her buttocks and genitals in front of bystanders, including children. The woman reportedly told police she believed she was targeted because she is transgender. Authorities say Williams fled through the parking lot, leading to a pursuit. Police eventually had to use a Taser to take him into custody.
