What kind of items do you buy and sell?
We buy things from the 18-35 year old demographic, their gently-used clothes, shoes, jewelry, and purses. Females and males. We love designer names; however, they don’t have to be designer names as long as the style fits us. We buy items that have been in the mall in the last year or two. Style and condition is very important!
How long will it take me to sell you my clothes?
The buying process depends on how many pieces you have but mostly it’s done in 20 minutes. You can drop it off and come back later, or you can wait.
How do you determine what the clothes are worth?
We have an amazing software system that tells us how much items are worth. We will enter items in our system, and it’s gonna tell us how much we should price them and how much we should pay you. We pay you 25 percent of what we are selling it for. However, it can be a higher percentage if it’s a higher designer name.
How can an individual get more for their belongings?
The best way of getting more for your items are giving them to us for consignment. We only accept consignment for high-end names such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, and Versace. Consignment means you get your cash after it’s sold and we give you 50% instead of 25%.
Besides the designer names, the best way of getting more cash is bringing your items to us in great condition. If you are bringing a watch, you will get more if you bring the case or pieces that came with it. For purses, you will get more if you bring the dust bag.
