This week Mary’s was on the “Studio 10 TV Show.” A special congratulations goes out to Mr. Teddy D, winner of Mary’s Talent Contest. Tampa’s very own “Be Who Your Are Bar,” Chelsea Nightclub is known for its generosity and community spirit. This time they went way above and beyond with their benefit BBQ for the fallen Tampa police officers David Curtis and Jeffrey Kocab. A crowd of over 100 attendees packed Chelsea. Tampa’s Assistant Chief of Police made a thank you appearance. The event was covered by FOX Channel 13 and us. A huge thank you to Nikki and Chelsea for making our community PROUD!

The ever so gay production company, Gypsy Productions, has found a new home at the L Train in St. Petersburg. Happy Birthday to DJ Jeffery! Eric Himan from MTV and Logo performed at PLAY YBOR. At The Crowbar Bonnie took quite the kidding this week as Tropical Storm Bonnie passed by. Congratulations to Mamma at The Reservoir, who is now a Grand Mamma. We all wish her son a safe return home from the war.  Comedy Channel comedian John Morgan was spotted at JJ’s Lounge with his old friend and owner of JJ’s Joe. There are rumors of a new Gay Club opening soon in Ybor City, possibly this weekend!  Love is in the air….can you guess what GaYBOR club owner was seen with a very famous music icon from a musical legend group? Is it a good friendship or more?
