Launched in June 2011, gayQpon.com was born out of a brainstorming session to help non-profit HIV organizations replace dried up private donations and cutbacks in public funds. With new deal sites at the height of their popularity, few, if any, were specific to the LGBT community.
snapQpon.com became a place for our community to get good deals (local and national), an international platform for gay-owned and gay-friendly owners to promote their business, and a viable way to create another income stream for individuals and affiliated charities.
Hotspots Magazine has been serving the LGBT community in Florida for more than 26 years and the only LGBT publication that covers every major market in the state. They were proud to be the first publication to introduce smart phone and iPad aps and now the online deal/coupon marketplace. Adding value to our readers and helping our advertising partners increase revenue, build brand loyalty, and attract new customers are our goals with every issue.
