Friday afternoon entertainment correspondent Ross Matthews (The Tonight Show, Chelsea Lately, etc.) was caught by Hotspots’ own Pompano Bill (is this man everywhere or what?) grabbing a bite with his other half Salvador at the Alibi. Usually what happens at the Alibi stays at the Alibi, but not in this case! Friday evening was the opening party of the Miami Dade Gay & Lesbian Film Festival and showed the fabulous movie KAWA (was the “This is HOT” 2 weeks ago). The rest of the weekend was kind of lazy with all the rain, but I did happen upon a few parties: Saturday night first I went by Isaac’s graduation party at the Boardwalk and then went to Yuri Too Much’s 30th anniversary of entertaining at Noche Latina Saturdays at the Manor and Sunday swung by Bill’s for the SFAAA registration (oooh, men in uniforms, yum!) and went to Gospel Jubilee at Scandals for Rambeau’s celebration of life!
