This week the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in 2 cases dealing with gay marriage. On Tuesday, March 26, 2013 the SCOTUS takes a look at California’s Prop 8 case that outlawed the states gay marriage law. On Wednesday, March 27, 2013 the judges will hear arguments in the Windsor v. United States Case which looks to overturn the Defense of Marriage Act.
