Blood, Sweat and Mouseketears starring Lindsey Alley at 8 p.m. at The Cabaret South Beach! During this memorable evening of booze, belting and belly laughs, Lindsey takes us on a comedic musical journey… and her hilarious quest for the elusive “Happily Ever After.” Along the way, she sings some fabulous songs (including those Disney favorites that tug at your heartstrings), and spills some unforgettable stories (what Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears are really like!). Brace yourself, as Lindsey puts her Disney image on the shelf and lets it all hang out…prompting her mother’s unsolicited stock apology, “I tried. I tried and I failed!” Helping Lindsey bring her show to the stage are local writer and artist David Sexton and renowned Musical Director Rick Leonard. Sexton is known to South Florida audiences as the creator of the hit shows The Nature Of The Beach and It’s A Fabulous Life and Leonard is one of the most popular and well-respected musicians in South Florida, wowing crowds at Magnum and working with celebrities like Sally Struthers and Kimberley Locke.
