GRAMMY’s – 62nd Annual 

This award is presented by The Recording Academy to recognize achievements in the music industry. The annual show features performances by the hottest artists on the scene. It is considered one of the four major annual American entertainment awards along with the Academy Awards (film), the Emmy Awards (television), and the Tony Awards (theater and Broadway). BROADWAY – Hamilton

The show that took Broadway by storm plays in 2 south Florida Locations. Hamilton is the story of America’s Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington’s right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and was the new nation’s first Treasury Secretary.  Featuring a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B, and Broadway, Hamilton is the story of America then, as told by America now.

ELLEN DEGENERES – Live Q&A

The comedian and talk-show host brings “A Conversation with Ellen” to South Florida for one show. This special event will give fans a rare opportunity to hear from Ellen about her life in an intimate setting during a live Q&A session.

LATRICE ROYALE: Here’s to Life

Born Timothy Wilcots in Compton, California, Latrice Royale is Large and in Charge, Chunky Yet Funky, Bold and Beautiful! Here’s to Life is Latrice’s one woman show which combines her love of storytelling and music to share this with audiences. Latrice takes you to church with beautiful renditions of classic songs including “If I Can’t Sell It, I’ll Sit On It” by Ruth Brown, “I Am What I Am” from La Cage Aux Folles, and “Here’s to Life” by Shirley Horn. Filled with passion, heart and soul, this show leaves fans with a deeper understanding of who Latrice Royale is and how she came to be the Large and in Charge beauty that has won the hearts of millions.

COMEDIAN – Rita Rudner

She developed her trademark epigrammatic style and took a full-time leap from chorus lines to punch lines in the early 80s. Some of her credits include, “Rita Rudner’s One Night Stand”, her first solo HBO special, “Born to Be Mild” and “Married Without Children”. She performed all over the country, filling Carnegie Hall in NY three times and the Universal Amphitheatre in L.A. twice. She’s also performed sell-out tours internationally in Australia and England. Rita is now officially the longest-running solo comedy show in the history of Las Vegas.

MUSICALS – Ground Hog Day

Broward Center & Slow Burn Theatre Co, produces the 2017’s Olivier Award Winner for Best Musical and critically acclaimed on both the West End and Broadway. This show revels in one man’s journey of self-discovery, day after day. Inspired by the hilarious film starring Bill Murray, Groundhog Day features a book by original co-screenwriter Dan Rubin, and music and lyrics by Tony Award-winner Tim Minchin (Matilda the Musical).

COMEDIAN – Jeff Ross

Jeff is a respected comedian, writer, director, and producer also known as “The Roastmaster General.” As a regular on the Comedy Central Roasts, Jeff has roasted many infamous stars including Justin Bieber, Roseanne Barr, Joan Rivers, Charlie Sheen, Bruce Willis, and The President of The United States Donald Trump.

MOVIES – Gretel & Hansel
