1lb ground beef

1 egg, beaten

8 Ritz Crackers (crushed)

¾ cups of Heinz Ketchup

¼ cup of milk

2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce

½ cup dark brown sugar

2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar

¼ teaspoon of salt

¼ teaspoon of pepper

1 tablespoon of BADIA Sazon Complete Seasoning

½ small onion, diced


Preheat oven to 350° F. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, onion, crackers, salt, pepper, Sazon, milk, Worcestershire sauce and ¼ cup of the ketchup.  Mix until combined, but don’t over mix because it will toughen the meat. In another bowl combine the remaining ketchup with the brown sugar and vinegar, whisking until well mixed. Place the meat mixture into a loaf pan, and evenly spread the ketchup mixture on top.  Bake for approximately 60-70 minutes, remove and allow to rest for 10 minutes. ENJOY!
