The Perfect Dirty Martini: (Ingredients: 2 oz. Toast vodka, .5 oz. dry vermouth, .5 oz. olive brine, and Olives to garnish)
- Stir all of the ingredients in a mixing glass, but even a pint glass will work in a pinch. First, add 2 oz. of Toast vodka to the mixing glass.
- Next, add .5 oz. of dry vermouth and olive brine to the glass.
- Add just enough ice to cover the liquid. When you start stirring, you’ll the ice drop below the liquid line and the glass will get nice and cold. As soon as this happens, strain the liquid into a previously frozen coupe or martini glass. Make sure to quickly strain the liquid so that you do not over dilute the cocktail.
- Garnish the martini with an olive skewer, and sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
