No matter the time of year, Greater Fort Lauderdale always has fun in store. From a mouthwatering month-long dining event to a five-day luxury boat show, there are plenty of annual events and festivals sure to delight everyone under the sun. If you are wondering what is on the horizon in 2023, Visit Lauderdale is inviting enthusiasts and partygoers to Fort Lauderdale The International Boat Show (FLIBS). Owned by the Marine Industries Association of South Florida and Produced by Informa Markets, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is the Largest In-Water Boat Show in the World. This year, it is returning for its 64th year, covering nearly 90 acres and three million square feet of exhibit space. It will start on October 25 through 29. This five-day event, with show locations at seven venues throughout Fort Lauderdale, including the Broward County Convention Center, Bahia Mar Yachting Center, Hall Of Fame Marina, Las Olas Marina, Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, Pier 66 Marina, and Superyacht Village at Pier 66 South. The show will feature educational seminars, a Superyacht Village, aquatic demonstrations in the AquaZone, and more.
