Annually, from September 16 through 23, GLAAD, that is Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, the Bisexual Resource Center, and Still Bisexual recognize the bisexual+ community for Bisexual Awareness Week, and Bisexuality+ Day which falls on September 23. This celebration seeks to accelerate the acceptance of the bi+ community and draws attention to their experiences and resiliency.
