Led by Chef Jorge Montes, attendees will enjoy a guided tasting of three whiskeys from around the world—Japan, America, and Ireland—while learning how to incorporate whiskey into gourmet dishes. The menu includes bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with blue cheese and pecans, potato chip-crusted salmon with dill mustard sauce, chicken and chorizo sliders with roasted pepper salsa, and a decadent whiskey banana-caramel parfait.
