On Saturday, August 2, Brévo Theatre will bring Disney Channel’s beloved High School Musical to the stage at the Pompano Beach Library & Cultural Center. With performances scheduled for 2 PM and 7 PM, the event promises to enchant audiences of all ages. The live musical will follow Troy, Gabriella, and the students of East High as they navigate friendships, first love, and high school pressure. As students return from winter break, cliques reform and routines resume—until Troy, a basketball star, and Gabriella, a new brainy student, break the mold by auditioning for the school musical. Directed by Brévo Theatre, this production will spotlight emerging local talent and reimagine the iconic songs and scenes that made the movie a fan favorite.
