On Sunday, August 17, the South Florida Amateur Athletics Association (SFAAA) will host its New Player Recruitment Session for the Fall 2025 Slow Pitch Softball season. The event will take place at Floranada Park in Fort Lauderdale. Check-in will begin at 9 AM, with the first pitch at 10 AM.
Open to players of all skill levels, the recruitment session is the gateway for new participants to join the SFAAA’s inclusive and competitive LGBTQ+ league. Attendees will have the opportunity to showcase their skills, meet potential teammates, and learn more about the upcoming season. Anyone interested in joining should pre-register online. New players must attend the recruitment session to be eligible for league play.
