Team LGBTQ+’ won a record 11 medals at the 2026 Milan Winter Olympics. Nineteen of 49 publicly out athletes medaled, earning five Gold, two Silver, and four Bronze, according to Outsports co-founder Cyd Zeigler. Gold medalists included Hilary Knight, Breezy Johnson, Guillaume Cizeron, Amber Glenn, and Mathilde Gremaud. Overall, 37 percent of Team LGBTQ+ reached the podium, placing the group 13th overall.
