Miami-Dade LGBTQ+ & Allied Chamber of Commerce hosted its second annual Legends Awards on April 25, at the Hilton Miami Downtown, recognizing leaders across business, civic life, arts, and community impact. Top honors included the Legend Award, presented to George Neary. The Excellence in Business Leadership Award went to Ralph Cutié, while Maryel Epps received Performer of the Year.
The Civic Impact Award was awarded to Gabriel J. Páez. Officer Vanessa Gonzalez was recognized as an Emerging Leader. The Legends Awards serve as a key fundraising initiative supporting the MDGLCC Foundation, which funds programs focused on entrepreneurship, leadership development, and economic inclusion for LGBTQ+ and allied communities.
