The move was inspired and facilitated by Carl Nassib, the first openly gay player to play in an NFL regular-season game. Since retiring, Nassib has worked tirelessly to connect the league with advocacy groups, and this partnership marks a major milestone. Arthur Blank, a long-time philanthropist, stated that the gift is about more than just football—it’s about ensuring every young person, regardless of their identity, has access to life-saving support.
