According to Entertainment Weekly, actor Jack Innanen, known for his roles in “Big Mistakes,” and “Adults, was trying to join the hit hockey romance series. Innanen actively campaigned for a role in the upcoming season but ultimately had to turn down the opportunity because of scheduling conflicts. Production for season 2 of Heated Rivalry is ramping up ahead of its expected premiere next April. While the role did not work out, Innanen remains busy, with production on season 2 of Big Mistakes set to resume in New Jersey soon.
