The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is a nationally recognized and prominent non-profit 5013(c) organization. Each year they hold the Man-of-the-Year campaign with the intention of raising money to donate directly to the children’s treatments. At the end of the campaign the winners are announced at a grand gala held at the Ritz Carlton on April 28, a black tie affair where you can see and be seen. Influential local businesses, multimillion dollar corporations and everything in between will be in attendance. This is an astounding event that should not be missed for the mere fact that all proceeds go DIRECTLY to the children’s treatments and the families that are supporting them.

Craig Mestel has been nominated for Man-of-the-Year for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He is a nationally recognized business icon among his community. His innovative nature and natural drive to success is contagious and genuine, which has led him to become a leader that many look up to. Not only has he provided his vision to others, but he has achieved a level of success that most don’t see in a lifetime. Craig has taken it upon himself to give back to his community, as that is one of the most important qualities to him that a business person can have. He has been nominated because of the success that he has created for himself, as well as the amount of time and donations he has given to the community.
Craig’s goal is to win the event so that the child he has sponsored will be given the opportunity to progress in treatment and be able to achieve the same success that he has. By making even a small donation we can all help him on his quest to make sure a child gets the same opportunities that we were all given. In a past charity event, Craig was able to single-handedly raise $25,000 and he would like to challenge all of you to help him beat that!
This highly influential businessman looks to keep community awareness local and create a path for others to follow. Craig was born on December 1979 in Orlando and is a graduate of Lake Mary High School and Georgia Southern University. He continues to remain loyal to the Central Florida community and continues to constantly give back. Please visit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society website for more information and to make a donation for Craig’s team. http://ncfl.mwoy.llsevent.org/mestel or contact Craig’s campaign (954) 816-4264.
