Ingredients:

  • 1.5lbs of ground beef
  • 32oz jar of grape jelly
  • 3 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 2 15oz cans of Tomato Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • pinch of Cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon of cumin
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons of minced garlic

Directions:

Combine eggs, salt, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, minced garlic and cinnamon with ground meat. Shape ground meat into desired sized meatballs and refrigerate for one hour.

In a slow cooker, combine grape jelly, tomato sauce, and chili powder. Gently place meatballs in the mixture and cook at low for 3-4 hours.
