New Year’s Weekend was a party weekend all over South Florida. From West Palm to Fort Lauderdale to Miami all the clubs and events were packed. I didn’t even realize there were that many gay people in South Florida. Congrats to all the venues on a fabulous New Year’s weekend! I wish everyone a fantastic 2011 and now I will let the pictures do that talking!

The Gay Polo League – the world’s only polo league for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) players – will return to Florida to host their second International Gay Polo Tournament. The event will be held at the Grand Champions Polo Field in Wellington on Saturday, April 1, 2011. The Gay Polo League is a United States Polo Association (USPA) official club and consists of all levels of polo players, from beginners to professionals. The League will bring out their highest players to compete in a USPA governed tournament, comprised of twelve League players, and four additional world-class polo professionals. This year, half of the money raised from ticket sales will be donated to the Palm Beach County Human Rights Council (PBCHRC), a local non-profit organization dedicated to ending discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression. “The Palm Beach County Human Rights Council is honored to be in partnership with the Gay Polo League for this incredible event,” said Hoch. “We are fortunate to live in one of the most LGBT-friendly places in the world — Palm Beach County. Thanks to the Gay Polo League, our community has become even more LGBT-supportive.”
Lumixyl is a revolutionary peptide technology developed by researchers at Stanford University to improve the appearance of hyperpigmentation, including age and sun spots, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone and photodamage. The LUMIXYL Brightening System is a revolutionary multi-faceted system that dramatically improves the appearance of hyperpigmentation tolerably and without the side effects associated with prescription Hydroquinone or retinoids.
An innovation in skin brightening technology, the four products in the Lumixyl Brightening System work synergistically to target existing hyperpigmentation and to prevent its recurrence. For most patients these formulations can eliminate the need to use hydroquinone or its bi-products, which are controversial due to their potential side effects. Lumixyl products are proven to be powerful but gentle on skin.
The 4 step system offers a complete approach to brightening that is sustainable, effective and more tolerable than competitive brightening systems that contain hydroquinone. The Lumixyl Topical Brightening System builds on the four products including Active-Prep Cleanser, the Topical Brightening Creme, GlycoPeel 20 Rapid Exfoliating Lotion, and Moisture-Lock Sunscreen SPF 30. The products are ideal for all skin types and are available at: EnvyMedical.com
