A Miami Beach tradition celebrates a milestone anniversary in 2015. The Miami Beach Garden Club and the Miami Beach Garden Conservancy present their tenth annual Taste of the Garden fundraiser, which will be held at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden (2000 Convention Center Taste-Garden_copyDrive, Miami Beach) on Thursday, January 29 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. This event has grown over the past decade to become one of the must-attend events on the Miami Beach social calendar.

Over 300 people are expected to attend this beautiful affair, which brings together twenty different chefs from across South Florida to the Botanical Gardens’ Great Lawn, where people can sample food and drink under various tents while admiring the flora that’s unique to the Florida Peninsula. Each chef will present his or her own signature dishes and cocktails for the crowds to enjoy.

In addition to the wonderful food and drinks being offered to invitees, there will also be live music and other forms of entertainment stationed throughout the gardens, and there will be a silent auction where dozens of high-priced items will be available for bidding. Proceeds raised during the silent auction and also from ticket sales will benefit the Garden Conservancy and their quest to Taste-Garden_copy2preserve the green spaces in Miami Beach, as well as the Miami Beach Garden Club and their year-round environmental education initiatives.

Tickets can be purchased right now, and are currently priced at $85 for garden members and $100 for non-members. After January 23, all tickets will be priced at $100 each. To buy your tickets, please visit mbgarden.org or call (305) 673-7256. Valet parking will be available for ticketholders. The Taste of the Garden event will be held at the Botanical Garden rain or shine.
