Did this winter find you more stressed than ever before? Are those Covid pounds causing your waistline to expand and your desperation to soar?  There’s no time like the present to start a fitness lifestyle by monitoring your nutrition and getting back to the gym, pool, or walking trail. Sound a bit daunting? Well, why not focus first upon an activity that is fun and burns calories at the same time? Celebrate the coming of spring by having more sex!

Having sex is good exercise. It’s not necessarily a full workout, but it’s a moderate form of activity that can elevate your heart rate about the same as a brisk walk or a leisurely bike ride. Isn’t it great to know that you can burn off those extra pounds and improve heart health doing something you enjoy?

People who have active sex lives are less uptight and irritable than those who abstain. When work overwhelms you and traffic gets on your nerves, just grab your significant other, find a cozy corner and copulate. You’ll come away feeling resuscitated, rejuvenated, and completely relaxed.

Does all this political chaos, Covid concerns, and social upheaval give you a lingering monster headache?  Sex has been linked to the production of new brain cells and that’s a grand thing. Having sex also releases tension and allows you to focus upon something pleasurable rather than a lot of stuff you have no control over anyway. Relax, clear your brain, and focus instead upon getting more exercise or developing a habit that will bring you joy!

Spring is a wonderful time for new beginnings and renewed hope. If you really want to be happy and feel the season, have more sex. It releases endorphins and enkephalins, the body’s natural pain-killing hormones. Give griping and complaining a break, lay off the extra drinking and eating; if you really want to feel happy and relaxed, just do what comes free and easy. Have sex.

Having more sex helps you to bond with your partner, husband, or wife or significant other of the moment. This spring forget about world events, your stressful job, and financial concerns just for a little while.  Building a strong stable relationship with the one you love is great for everyone in the world.

Looking to improve your sleep at least for a couple of nights per week? Orgasms trigger a surge of oxytocin from the brain that relaxes you and eases mental and physical pain. This will help you drift off to sleep and catch up on those valuable Z’s.

2021 is shaping up nicely, so why not start some habits that will slim you down, rev your metabolism, and put a smile on your face? Try having more orgasms. There’s something to look forward to big time. Researchers aren’t sure if having more sex can lengthen your life, or make you healthier, wealthier or wiser. But why take any chances?
