Niagara Falls Spectacular Light Up To Honor LGBTQ+ Visibility. Niagara Falls was lit up in the pink, purple, and blue colors of the bisexual flag on the 23rd in honor of Bi Visibility Day. The illumination was streamed live for those who wished to witness the colorful spectacle but were unable to attend in person. The special custom illumination display was announced by BiRequest, a New York City-based meetup group, on their social media and website. Banks of energy-efficient LED lighting are housed in multiple locations at Niagara Falls, and together are used to project a breathtaking display of colors softened by the mists floating in the air.
