On Tuesday, July 29, from 6 PM to 8 PM, the Greater Fort Lauderdale LGBT Chamber of Commerce will host a powerful TLGBQ+ Cultural Sensitivity Training led by TransSOCIAL. Dinner and refreshments will be served from 5:30 PM. The two-hour session is designed to help businesses create affirming spaces for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse individuals. Participants will gain practical tools to improve team communication, inclusive policies, and customer experience.
The training will also highlight the economic advantages of inclusion.
