Ronnie Larsen is reinventing arts and theater marketing in Wilton Manors and South Florida. Whether it’s racy productions like ‘Truck Stop Sally’ where you have a gay city commissioner nearly nude in the performance to swivel chairs for a 360-degree outdoor production of ‘The Sound Of Music’, Larsen is giving a fresh, unique lens to presenting LGBTQ theater. He is giving audiences a reason to show up hungry.

Throughout August 31st, Larsen’s Plays of Wilton is spicing up its run of Harvey Fierstein’s Torch Song with themed “All You Can Eat” nights at The Foundry — and yes, it’s free. Each weekend spotlights a different crowd-pleaser: Pizza Week from August 7 to 10, Weenie Week from August 14 to 17, Popcorn Week from August 21 to 24, and Ice Cream Week from August 28 to 31. Guests can indulge starting one hour before showtime.

Complimentary wine and water, courtesy of Hunters, will also be served. Larsen says it’s his way of giving back to the community that supports him with sold-out shows and heartfelt donations. It’s not just theater; it’s a party. And everyone’s invited. More details available on ronnielarsen.com and playsofwilton.com. Plays Of Wilton is a non-profit company committed to the development and production of filmed and live LGBT entertainment!
