Premiering Friday, January 2nd at 8 pm with 90-minute episodes, the new season welcomes 14 sickening queens into the Werk Room, all competing for the title of “America’s Next Drag Superstar,” an official makeup collaboration with Anastasia Beverly Hills Cosmetics, and a $200,000 cash prize courtesy of RuPaul’s Drag Race Match Queen.
The premiere episode kicks off with the challenge “Reclaim! Renew! Rejoice!” as queens pay tribute to Drag Race legends by creating signature looks using treasures from the Drag Race vaults. Fan favorites in the making include Miami’s Athena Dion and Juicy Love Dion, making Drag Race herstory as the first-ever mother-daughter duo to compete together, alongside queens from across the country bringing fashion, comedy, glamour, and edge.
