Katy Perry has turned Harrison Butker’s controversial commencement speech into a Pride Month anthem. Butker’s speech at Benedictine College on May 11 criticized Pride Month and touted traditional biblical values. Outraged, Perry took action. She re-edited his speech and posted the video on Instagram to kick off Pride Month. The caption reads, “Fixed this for my girls, my graduates, and my gays — you can do anything, congratulations and happy pride.”
