The song highlights Ken’s emotional turmoil as he struggles to open up about his feelings for Barbie. The song goes, “Doesn’t seem to matter what I do. I’m always number two.” The song is clearly about being in the friend zone. Gay men everywhere are uniting for Ken. It is the latest track on the star-studded album of Barbie. Artists featured on the album include Dance the Night by Dua Lipa, Barbie World by Nicki Minaj, and Ice Spice, Barbie Dreams by Fifty Fifty ft. Kali, including Billie Eilish’s What Was I Made For?, among others.
