The GFLGLCC (Greater Fort Lauderdale LGBT Chamber of Commerce) presents their August Mixer at Pub on the Drive from 5:30 to 7pm. Hot Stuff

The Jon Sims Endowment Fund (JSEF) presented the first-ever “Excellence Award” to South Florida Pride Bands, Inc. during the recent 2024 Pride Bands Alliance conference in Columbus, Ohio. In addition to the prestigious award, the South Florida Pride Concert Band received a check for $2,500 in recognition of the nonprofit’s many accomplishments. The South Florida Pride Concert Band will host 2025 Pride Bands Alliance conference, themed “Something Wicked” in Fort Lauderdale from October 22- 27, 2025.
