On Thursday, June 19, The Legacy Builders will present their Third Annual Juneteenth Pride Celebration at The Center for the Arts in Hollywood, Florida. Themed “A Manifesto of Reclamation, Resilience, and Remembering Our Legacy,” the event will celebrate Black queer identity, history, and pride through an immersive evening of community, culture, and healing.
The evening will begin with a Health Hub from 5 PM to 7 PM, offering wellness resources and support. From 7 PM to 8 PM, guests will enjoy a cocktail hour with light bites, a Juneteenth marketplace, a Black Wall Street showcase, and a silent auction. The main celebration will take place from 8 PM to 9 PM, featuring live entertainment, a Legacy Talk powered by CHARM, recognition of Legacy Honorees, and a mindfulness closing session led by me.
