South Florida Symphony Orchestra ushers in the holiday spirit with its beloved annual tradition: Handel’s Messiah (Part 1) — including the iconic “Hallelujah” chorus — paired with festive Holiday Pops favorites. The performances feature standout guest vocalists Katherine Henly, Maggie Reneé, Christopher W. Waite, Neil Nelson, and the powerful South Florida Symphony Chorus. Audiences can enjoy a free pre-concert chat with Dr. Alan Mason, offered 30 minutes before each performance for added insight into Handel’s timeless work. This seasonal celebration takes place Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 7:30 PM at The Parker in Fort Lauderdale, and Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 4:00 PM at the Broad Center at Barry University in Miami Shores. SFSO is the largest professional orchestra serving Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe counties. More details at southfloridasymphony.org.
