ALIGN 4 Elements returns on March 7, from 5–9 PM at The Sanctuary Church, Fort Lauderdale. This Wellness Festival offers a one-night immersive reset blending music, movement, art, and nervous system regulation. Guests can explore yoga, breathwork, Tai Chi, ecstatic dance, meditation, live performances, and interactive experiences across multiple curated zones. The Elemental Wellness Lounge, featuring sauna and cold plunge, is available as an optional add-on. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase.
