Actor Kevin Spacey has reached an out-of-court settlement with three men who accused him of sexual assault. This has helped him avoid a civil trial scheduled at London’s High Court. The claims relate to alleged incidents between 2000 and 2013 during his tenure at Old Vic theatre. As part of the agreement, the cases have been formally stayed. Two claimants had testified in his 2023 criminal trial, where he was acquitted of nine charges. A third accuser, Ruari Cannon, had also alleged misconduct. Settlement terms remain undisclosed.
